You've taken the first step to seek treatment and support. Clients who are experiencing, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relational issues or past trauma are welcome! I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health therapist (PMH-C). I am passionate about helping women experiencing any Perinatal Mental Health issue, which includes: infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, traumatic birth, prenatal/postnatal depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. If you are a mom or want to be a mom, it's vital to build your support team - it's never too late! I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is extremely helpful in dealing with trauma, panic attacks, or stressful situations that may cause anxiety or undue stress. I am also trained in PC-CARE which addresses behavioral issues with children 10 and younger. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in the Anti-Trafficking field. I've assisted past clients in achieving their goals of resolving or coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, behavioral problems and more.
